Flags are hard as crap !! If you dont know what a Flag is, go to www.BeastSkills.com . Anyways, the one arm handstand is pretty easy if you got a good handstand already. I can hold one at max for at least 5 seconds on my right hand and 3 on my left.

I'm just getting the hang of this blogging thing so it'll get better.... Eventually I want to put up tutorials and whatnot to eliminated some guesswork i had to go through when i was coming up.

I know it's totally random but here is my workout that I do in my tricking offseason( that is whatever I get hurt, haha)

Cardio for at least 20 minutes - Treadmill
Various stretching espcially my wrists
Basic Free-Standing handstand- how ever long I can
L- sit and V-sit = 30 seconds at least for L-sit
Arm Lever- I like to do it on objects rather than on the ground, 30 seconds
-------------
Basic kicks

To condition myself for tricking , I try to train basic kicks everyday. Here is my routine

Wallkicks- leg swing both legs for 10 times 2
- front legs swings no power 15 times 2
- low/mid roundhouse kick 20 times 2
- high roundhouse kick 15 times 2
- side kick 10 times 2
- high side 10 times 2
- front leg hook 20 times 2
- high front leg hook 20 times 2

Without the wall
- Roundhouse kick, up and down the length of field or wherever I can train
- Hook kick, stationary and turn hook with emphasis on my combo side.

--------------

Stretch and finish.

I wanted to write more but I'm a public computer and you can get kicked off ( 30min time limit)

Hmmm..... Where do I begin?? I made this blog from the inspiration of beast skills, kind of like a workout log . I think this would be a great motivator for me to stop sitting around and follow my dream, whatever that may be .

I will always start my blog off with training, that will be first and foremost, but i will also shed a little light on my personal life as well. So with that being said.....

I usually Trick all the time , when I'm not tricking I'm looking at tricks on my computer . As of now I jacked my right knee up flipping so im trying to get back into more body weight conditioning. What I really want is a good plange but most of the time tricking and laziness sets in and I dont feel like doing it.... A good plange i think shows a lot of dedication to training, and thats what i want to be : dedicated to training .

My next post I wont babble so much, I'm just trying to get in the groove of this blogging thing.
the next post will be some stuff actually do and I will take a lot of pics as well.
